The Panther's Den is a serious athlete-oriented training facility. Since opening in January of 2013, we have created an environment to encourage young athletes to excel in their given sport including: lacrosse, soccer, tennis, baseball and softball. Along with two indoor turf fields, three retractable batting cages and a multi-sport court, we offer a state of the art video recording system that allows coaches to record their training sessions and either watch with their team in our conference room facility or take a copy home to review. This allows players and coaches to have immediate reaction to make imporvements. The Panther's Den also offers specialized training camps and clinics for lacrosse, soccer, baseball, softball, tennis and fitness. All of the Panther's Den camps and clinics are run by top level coaches in Fairfield County. Please visit our Birthday Parties page as well to see how you can host you childs next party here at the Panther's Den.

The Panther's Den is pleased to partner with The Competitive Edge for fitness classes and individual/small group training. The Competitive Edge was founded by Jim Ronai in 1997 and focuses on training young athletes to reach their peak of athletic ability through strength and conditioning training. Since then, The Competitive Edge has helped hundreds of athletes get to the next level and we are very excited to have Jim and his staff here at The Panther's Den. We at The Panther's Den are very proud of Monroe's own Thomas Milone for completing his first professional baseball season in the Tampa Bay Rays organization. After getting drafted by the Rays this past summer, Thomas played for the Gulf Coast Rays in the Gulf Coast Rookie League and then got called up to finish the season with the Rays Single-A team, the Hudson Valley Renegades. With Thomas working out here at the Panther's Den in the offseason, he and his father Tony are teaming up to teach young baseball players the art of hitting. So for more information on the Milone Baseball Academy, click on the Baseball tab. Also keep an eye out for Thomas's new baseball card which will be coming out very soon!
